Moon-Hee Lee, Esq.

Moonhee Lee is a distinguished U.S. immigration attorney specializing in business and investment immigration, with particular expertise in EB-5 investor programs, E-2 treaty investor visas, and L visas for multinational executives and professionals.

Ms. Lee earned her Juris Doctor from Whittier Law School and a B.A. in English from California State University, Long Beach. Licensed to practice in the District of Columbia, she began her legal career at the Whittier Law School Children’s Rights Clinic, where she advocated for the welfare and protection of minors. She has since built a strong foundation in U.S. immigration law through her work with Lloyds Law Firm, Hanmi Law Firm, and Yes Immigration Firm, managing a wide range of immigration petitions involving EB-5 source-of-funds analysis, business plan evaluation, and DS-160 filings for E-2 and L visa applicants.

Beyond her legal practice, Ms. Lee has shared her expertise as an instructor at KTK Academy, where she taught U.S. law and legal writing to aspiring legal professionals.
